Testament -live in London 2005 : Nice digipack except it's a zone 1. A part with the original line-up( louis Clemente). The concert has been filmed in 2005 at Koko, London. Beautiful theater.The fans will buy this is dvd for the set list: the powerfull "over the wall", the semi ballad "the legacy", the excellent "trial by fire" or "into the pit"....u can see that testamant is a band to play live, the precision of guitar player, the good drumer John Tempesta....Energy is the word to explain what is Testament....more than trash. For bonus, nothing very important, without subtitle.
The 69 eyes- live in finland : Good concert for the 69 eyes in this open air festival. Good TV show and thanks to the trader who made a nice menu for selecting songs. The wanaja Fesival is not big but enough and the image is very good. The gothic hard rock band is appreciate by the audience and it's a pleasure to see them especially the singer which coiuld be a mix betwen Alice Cooper and Ian of The Cult.......enjoy !!!
The Answer- rockpalast 2007 : Very, very good qualityforthis Tv show. If u like Black crows & Led Zep, i think u will like this band. The live show is very energic, u see that these guys love the music. A show to see and to get !
The Tube -Twisted Sister / Motorhead/ Tygers of Pan Tang .... :
That's a good english TV show to see many bands on the same dvd. Even if the vibe is mostly english , u will see a really nice show of Twisted with a killer Snider. The sound is not bad at that time. Cool to listen the heavy intro of " Destrooooooyer", a sound more rock n raw than afterwards.Dee was a hell of a speaker.Same same with Judas Priest with an electric sound really heavy without slack period.Still messy with Motorhead and it's a big transition after Gary Moore , even it's funny to see him with a music more heavy than blues ....Claps ur hands with the madman with " ultimate sin" , very hard US but effective such as " Never know why" ( i like the vibe of this song ).Bon Jovi ( with sunglasses on stage) will sing only hits "U give love a bad name" or " runaway" ( still a band very pro)...and a final with the late lamented Ronnie James Dio with his great voice on "rock n roll children".Thanks for the videomontage
Thin Lizzy-the boys are back in town : Recorded in Sydney, Australia in 1978. For the "Live & dangerous" tour.U can see Gary Moore in the band.The set list is short but interesting "jailbreak", "boys arre back in town", bad reputation"....20000 people are here to clap one of the most popular rock band of 70's.Funny to see how was Gary before and now, time is not a friend.

TOTO - Greatest hits live and more (2002) 86 mn. :
The show from the Zenith in Paris ( october 1990) begins with an intro of road footage, follow by the mega hit ( mostly in France) "Africa" ( from the album IV) follows by 10 more tracks( "rosanna" & "hold the line" or a solo to sleep of David Paich) . The Zenith is full for a show quiet zen. The old image is in ¨4:3 and sound with 5.1.( and french subtitle).Well, quiet cheap ( i bought it only 2 euros) this dvd is no more value.
TOTO- live in Japan Yokohama : Nice dvd from TOTO from 99 in Japan. Dvd with menu and a selection of the songs.The image an the sound are good. Thanks to WOWOW. Nice job.Fans must have this show.
Transatlantic- Live in Europe 2003 : Filmed at Utrecht ( holland) for more 2 hours of music.Not too many people, but good audience, good image. U have a big set list with a cover of Flyod "shine on...".Can see also different gigs. Quiet complete.
Treat - live at the Firefest UK :
If u can, buy the new edition of "Scratch n bite" , a nice digipack with the reedition of their first album & the show "live at the firefest III", a show filmed in 2006. A little bit short , just 9 songs, a small stage ( always the same at Firefest ) but with a very good image and a nice sound. Just listen the second track "ready for the taking " a great meloic song with this typical voice. So , here it is, the first official live better than all bootlegs and for a very nice price !
Tribute to Led Zep-two nights in North America : Just to tell u that this dvd has two concerts. One in montreal and one in NY city.Musicians look like Led Zep in 70's....funny.U have a menu and u can select songs by concerts. Lot of people will like the sing of Daniel Gildenlöw ( Pain Of salvation). It's true he has a nice voice, suit here, but i feel sleepy....i had better see this dvd more and more.Fans will be happy to learn that the drumer is Mike Portnoy (dream Theater) and Paul Gilbert ( Racer X, Mr Big...) on guitar.I am not a big fan but i prefer, even the scene is smaller, the NY concert.
Tribute to Led Zepplin-classic rock : This is a funny tribute to Led Zepplin . The dvd has a menus and good choice for audio. The quartet of women makes covers ( 10 like "Stairway to heaven") in classic music with piano, violin, cell. Noone sings, not rock n roll at all, well done but.... If u like the 4 swedish of Apocalyptica, keep them. More heavy. I regret to buy it, even the visual is borring......except the girls !!!

Less than one hour, this show in Oberwart has a good image and a correct sound for this style of goth metal.The song "Evenfal"l is with a videoclip and "Wasteland's Caress" is with a tour cut.
Trixter & Firhouse 1991 : U wish a set list like that in France. I prefer Firehouse than Trixter. Listen the hard us "All she wrote" or the ballad "love a lifetime" or the shaky 'don't treas me bad". Firehous was a band for live show.Trixter are younger, have a good scenic attitude (i didn't rember that) , u can see a very good band but i prefer Firehouse for the compos.
Twisted sister- A twisted christmas ( 2007) : i remenber to buy that dvd in Houston at the "galleria" ( the shop has closed now). That dvd is "all zone" . The concert shot at the Starland Ballroom in New jersey is good.The band is in good health "shoot'em down", christmas 's song "i saw mommy....""i'll be home for christmas" etc.....but better to listen to "the fire still burns" ( such a good song...and this voice !!!). The quality is not excellent (mostly for colors) but it gives a raw side to the live show.u have extras videos "oh come all ye faithfull" (music or animated video) , "heavy metal christmas" and an interview without subtitle (but very short). So good dvd for just 13 dollars ( change of dvd from Japan).
Twisted sister- Live at the wacken (2005) : Dvd from USA but in Zone 1.Recorded in 2003 at the Wacken open air in front of 40000 fans.Just boring to have these interviews (without subtitle) during the concert ( 1H45).The image is good and the work of cameras is nice. Thanks Tiwsted for this energy "under the blade". The satge is big with many lights. The audience looks happy "We're not gonna take it"....Really good dvd to get.
