This a dvd full of music. First u can see the famous show gave in "les arenes de Nîmes" in France. Very beautiful historic arena in South of France. The show by night is very beautiful ( 103 mn) very clear, many transformation scene which suit to the cold music of Rammstein. U can have the subtitle in German for all the songs.The arena is full and show how popular was Rammstein in France....An exception.U can find this show as bonus dvd in dual disc package.
It\'s not finnish, u can see a show ( only 4 songs ) at The brixton Academy (the image and the show are less interesting than in Nîmes), the show in Tokyo has a nice image (of course, it\'s Japan), funny to see japanese sing " Du hast mitch".....the last show in Moscow show how metal is popular......big audience, hot atmosphere.....even it\'s to short documentary.... So as u can see if u like Rammstein, get this dvd.
Queensryche- live in Japan 1984 ( Sony Japan) : Very old VHS from Queensryche put on dvd by a fan. This official concert ( the warning tour) from Tokyo, Japan ( 5/8/84) , has never been released since 1985. The concert is short with only 50 mn.The image and sound are good ( for a VHS) . This dvd has no menu. U will have 10 songs " the prophecy" ( which was a hit in japan) or "queen of the reich"...Don't look a great concert for ur Blue-ray player but just a rare concert to see from Queenryche.
Racer X -livesnowball of doom 2001 : Racer X has a solid fan base, famous also with is guitarits P.Gilbert...The quality is top. This an thai edition, so u have access to the subtile of all songs.
Rainbow- The defenitive review : The fans will like the box set edited by Classic rock. Three dvd's to explain all the period of the band. Like the first dvd begins in 1975 until 1979. Sound in 5.1 (hum !) . Mostly interviews and withou subtitle ( even in english).Lot of image from german's TV,So if u prefer music, don't buy this box.....even if it's well done.
Rainbow_ live in Munich 1977 ( 2005) : This a great dvd for Rainbow fans. I have the japanese edition so subtitle in japanese. Two dvd. One with bonus interview (Bob daisley, Hart) and videos like "long live rock n roll" (with dio) , "gates baylon" (with Dio) and photos gallery. Second dvd ( 113 mn) is a full concert in Munich with Blacmore, Powell, Dio,Daisley, david Stone.Good quality show for 1977..Big fullcolor 's rainbow upon the stage. U have 8 songs "Kill the king" "Catch the rainbow" "do u close ur eyes"...lot of plans on Blackmore.;
Rammstein-Lichtspielhaus 2004 : beautiful animated menu for this dvd with all the videos. From the first one " Du riechst so gut", or the dark version of 98 to the excellent "ich will" where the bands attack a bank., the ballad " fever frei"...U have also malking of, TV trailer and different gigs , mostly in Geramany with a quiet good quality.This dvd is complete and may interest fans and everybody who are curious.
Rammstein-Live aus Berlin : Great dvd for fans....This dvd shows what is a rammstein concert: fire, big lights show, big arena...a return to 80's. Even i f u don't like the music, have a look for the vibe!
Randy Rhodes - Life documentary 2002 :
It's a good doc from Japan. The journalists interview many close relative ( mother, sister...), close friend ( Ozzy & sharone), u learn many things, see many pictures .....A really good dvd to get.
RATT- live 2007 : Good news from this band who had a string of success in 80's. Fans also be happy with the re-issue of the "videos years of atlanic records " this years with a good image and for a cheap price....only 14 dollars. U can also find a dvd with stephan Pearcy show ( with also a bonus cd with rare songs ). To come back to this dvd, it's an audio dvd with one camera. Shaking sometimes but quiet ok, the image is good, the sound is not top because the voice is too low... but u can have an idea of what Ratt looks like in 2007. I am very surpise. Make me feel to see them.....cross the finger ( if u can, check Poisn 2007, excellent also !!).
Ratt- Live in Detroit : Ratt has given a live in October 2 at Detroit , Michigan.The dvd has a menu to select the songs.The camera filmed from the middle-right side of the stage.little bit far but with a good zoom.Nice to see them on "lack of communication" (one of their best songs for me).Not a great show (no big lights or fireworks like in the 80's) but interesting to see..
RATT- live in NY 2007 : DVD with a menu.Open air show filmed with one camera from the left side up, quiet far. The camera move a lot( many heads and hands) but the image is clear and the sound correct (even far).Not a great show from Ratt, the musicians are very statics......just have a look.
Ratt- Pasadena 83 : One of the oldest show of Ratt...But , stop dreaming, it's just an audio dvd with a very bad image.Fans will have an idea of Ratt's performance.....don't expect too much .
RATT_ live festival ( with Jizzy Pearl) : One dvd filmed far from the stage with one camera. Not really bad (better that Vince neil who played after). Not very interesting but show us a concert with the ex Love/Hate Jizzy on vocals. I prefer the original line up, even if Jizzy has a good organ............

Rick Springfield-live : Dvd from 2006 on Gomer records where u can find 17 songs (like his first hit "jessie'girl) and short bonus material (pictures, bonus songs like "waiting for a girl like u "...) from the australian 'guy. The image is very correct, the concert is given in a nice theater ( the Coronado theater in Illinois) with old big light spots (remenber the 80's).Don't look for lasers and fireworks or big screens. The show is the artist.....could sweat more !

Don't think it's easy to find this dvd on headroom inc in 2006. The quality is not very good for an official product. The dvd has a menu to select songs or photos gallery. U can see the video "losin' my mind" not a must, some footages of airport, even the show with one camera is good for fans but if u u're not, dream on, this product his not for u.Funny to see this show, Kotzen could release something more professional ( look at the show in Korea or Barcelona, Italy...). Watch before buying !
