Many people have a look of the new movie "The Runaways" ( with the female rock star Joan jett but with a total lack of realism about Lita Ford...A shame for her career and for Japanese fans if u look shows in Japan).So due to this dvd u will have a look of two videos "Cherry bombs" ( their first big song ) and " School days" look at Lita Ford.....she's killing in black jump suit.U have also different Japanese TV shows with a quality just correct due to the time but collectors for others: "Neon Angels - On the Road to run" ,"Queen of Noise","Cherry Bomb","All Right You Guys"-Interview- "Neon Angels - On the Road to run","Cherry Bomb" ,"School Days "...to finish the menu, u get a full show in Japan 77 with a bad image but no so bad for such a rare document of 45 mn : "Cherry Bomb"

Them Crooked Vultures is a super group formed in USA in 2009 by J Paul Johnes ( Led Zepplin Bassist) , Dave Grhol ( drummer of Nirvana) and Josh Homme ( Queen of the stone age). The group also includes guitarist Alain Johannes during live performances & a keyboards ( with a first album 12 on Billboard 200 ).It's more rock than hard rock even Dave is energic.The dvd has a menu to select songs or interview.That 's a show quiet short with only 52 mn.here is the tracklit : . If u don't know Jon Mikl Thor introduced himself on the world as a bodybuilder, having won Mr Canada. The dvd show us and learn us about his first decade of his career. Very glam ( make me think to Alice Cooper) more than Heavy ( have to wait the 80's). Many interview, Tv show ( looks funny ),even including a 1976 appearance on the Merv Griffin show with Thor performing The Sweet's "Action". I don't like but if u are curious, have a look, the dvd is full.
This show was recorded at the Wulfrun Hall and Shepherd's Bush Empire in Lodon in November 97.The first song of the dvd is a cover "new york, new york" to make u have fun for a good damn show.Thunder has never been a famous band excpet with" laughing on judgement day" in 1991 but the band has a solid fan base. Indeed, just look the audience in this dvd, singing by heart the lyrics. One more details, the cameras don't move every 2 seconds, u've got time to appreciate the musicians.
Not a re-release but a DVD of the old VHS.If u don't get this show and u like Tigertailz, try to get it.The show is full, the sound in dolby is correct and the image is .....a VHS image in 4:3. But the energy is there, look at the end title"Call of the wild" ....Quiet short but make u feel good.
Manythings here ( the famous show) but also many videos from TNT: "Everyone's a star" from the album "tell no tales" (good hard US), "seven seas" from "Knights of new thunder" ( filmed in studio with a drakkar as stage design), 2 version of "10 000 lovers" or "intuition", the best is " tonight i'am falling" .A nice bootleg but the videos could be more fun for a band from 80's.
Nice dvd with a menu and chapter. It's not a pro shot but the video & audio is very, very good.Nice present for all fans.Big set list "fire still burns" , "destroyer"..........Big stage, the light show is minimalist but with a frontman like Snider...it's not big deal !
