White Lion-Concert anthology 2005 : No top quality for the image but good dvd if u don't have anything from them. Indeed, u have a compilation of live performances from different concerts with most of hits such as "Wait" , "when the children cry" or the excellent "fight to survive" from the first album.The bonus are not bad: Interviews with a short look on live in L'amour, NY in 1984, video of "broken hears" and live songs of Freak Of Nature ( band of Mike Tramp after White Lion).But i prefer the songs from White Lion.
White Lion-Live at the Ritz 2005 : Initially , this concert was sold in VSH .The label put the same show on dvd. The sound is ok but the image deserve a lot better.The concert show a White lion full of energy with a mike Tramp in a wierd customs, colorfull....All the hits single are here....u can find bonus videos "Little fighter","broken heart" and interview.

This show took in 1996 from MTV's Brazil (01/26/1996, Hollywood Rock Festival ,Rio De Janeiro ) . The quality is quiet good ( image in 4:3 and many cameras), the sound is correct ( even the voice of Rob don't touch me too much).U have also two interviews from MTV about the band before watching the show.Here is the set list : Electric Head Part 1, Super Charger Heaven, Real Solution #9, Black Sunshine ,Welcome To Planet Motherfucker , Psychoholic Slag, I Am Legend, Electric Head Part 2, I, Zombie, More Human Than Human, Creature Of The Wheel, Children Of The Grave, Grease Paint And Monkey Brains, Thunder Kiss '65....
Whitesnake -Moscow 1997 : Not the most famous show of whitesnake but this pro shot show is very good. Not excellent image but it's very correct for a bootleg, even the sound is good ( except for the chorus).But like Coverdale said 'have fun together".Dont' wait too much from the show, nothing big, just some lights. Fans will be happy for this come back ( "restless heart tour") and to see adrian Vanderberg.The vibe is more bluesy hard than hard rock. I recommand this show for all fans......Mr Coverdale looks to like true russian 's medecine. Like us !
Whitesnake- live 83 Ludwigshafen : Very old concert from Whitesnake. If u're looking the Whitesnake with big stage & spangled clothes, this show is not for u. The spirit is more rock'n'roll than hard US. The dvd have a nice menu ( a snake, of course) and one extra song as bonus 'here i go again" recorded at Donnington ion 83 (with a nice sound and an audience singing all the time).For the set list , u have many hits "ready & willing", "fool for u lovin'", "crying in the rain", even a Purple one "soldier of fortune" or "solo" of John Lord.The sound is not magic but it's ok.

Whitesnake-Live in Japan 2007 : New dvd but old show with John Sykes. Good quality and good show. This live exists since a long time in the bootleg's word.
Whitesnake-Live super rock 1984 : Big show for Whitesnake in Japan.Show with John Sykes (fans will love it). Good quality but not top.Good track list.."slow and easy"......U have a long solo of Sykes and the song "child in time" from Deep Purple which is not exciting here....prefer "ain't no love in the heart of the city".Japan has made an official release of the show in 2007 with a better quality...so depends on u .
Whitesnake_live in the still on the night 2006 : Last dvd from Whitesnake with a live cd inside the box. Great guitarist team with Reb B (Winger) and Doulg Aldrich ( bad moon rising, Lion,Dio...), tommy Aldridge ( whitesnake)à la batterrie. David looks good and sing well.A dvd to have.
WIg Wam - Rock n roll revolution 2005 : This dvd must be not easy to find now. Double dvd for an official release. U can find many things as a "tour gallery" (not vey beatiful photographs).Some videos , more interesting, 'cause they are varied and try to be funny.the appearance of Sirkus Tv . Very glam performance....and the 2005 Schalger tour & interview.Second dvd u have the live performance for more than one hour in open air show in Norway.Nice performance with a small orchestra. Nice image and sound. So they try to make a very complete work for this dvd ,A new dvd is scheduled in 2008 in Tokyo.....and cd in 2009.
Wig Wam- Made in japan ( WME 2007) :
Well, i bought that dvd 4500 yen ( fortunatelly, it was my birthday), so it's quiet expensive for a dvd. Well, the image is 4:3 and the sound in 2.0 so it's poor for a dvd from Japan ( and the subtitle are in ...japanese arrrgh ). But the image is good and well filmed. More energic than their first dvd, it's a good point for me.Glam is in Indian ( yes, mr Belladona is in early retirement ) and it is rockin'. The vibe is here. fans will love it. The documentary is pleasant, still funny to see the devotion of japanese fans or the place before the show;
Winger- Live, MI ( 1990) : Nice and good show from Winger.
winger-Live in japan 1991 : Recorded in Tokyo Japan in 1991 the dvd begins by a "behind the scene".The concert starting with one the best song of Winger "Madelaine" with reb beach on guitar. That dvd is excellent for who don't know the band. One of the best melodic hard rock band from USA.... listen "headed for heartbreak" or the ballad "miles away"or the acoustic "whitout the night". or "easy comes..."One dvd to have....
Wishbone Ash - Live rockpalast 76 :
Thanks WDR chanel for this show in sporthelle Köln for his professionalism.It's more rock than hard ( even for the look of all musicians....look at the drummer), quiet soft "the king will come" or the intro of "warrior" just to quote some....so listen before buying.

Legends of Rock persents u the 25 th anniversary of Wishbone Ash of the Marquee club in London. The sound in dolby 2 is quiet good. No big lighting effects ( it's a medium club) but the show is pleasant, good melody from 70's.For the bonus ,u have a Biography ( the band began in july 66 with the name of The Empty vessels and the first record in 70) and discography.
Within Temptaion-Mother eath tour 2003 : 3 shows for the first dvd. Good image and very good sound.Bonus videos and making of, interviews, more than 2H30 of Within Temptation. Funny to see how this band is popular except in France ( even things have evoluated).

Within Temptation- The silent force tour ( 2005) Gun records : This digipack ( deluxe edition) is beautiful with live -bonus cd and more than 5 hours of videos.For a second dvd ( before it was "Mother earth tour"), u will find what u want. The main show is filmed in Java island ( Amsterdam, Holland). The show is in 5.1 and stéréo , but the stéréo is better . The image is clear but quiet dark ( even if it's the evening). The light show is good with fire , the cameramen have made a pro job, many details, the songs have subtitle, some guests & bit player are presents....and all the full-lenght dresses of Sharon ( with a nice make-up).Note that the menu is nice & pleasant and u have bonus live shows "Live in Filand 2005" ( from Tv show) & " rock Werchhter" in Belgium , but u have also access to three beatiful videos "Stand my ground" ( excellent video by night but remind me little bit Evanesence ), "memories" ( in a beautiful old 19th century residence), "angels" (in a desert). The second dvd is full too, many backstage from 2003 to 2005, video making of or TV session, a selection of bloopers.....Really good job.

What a nice digipack with a poster ( if u can do something complicated, u can do something simple)...Many live show , one is in Sydney 2006 ( use 5.1) and the other in London, at the Brixton Academy ( but i prefer the main concert).U have introduction to the band to understand little bit the band and some videos ( not a big interest except "mind's eye").
Wrathchild -live in Camden ( 9 th december , 1984) :
Nice dvd with a little intro of London, just before having a killing show in a small club but full of fans .A show with the first album " stakk attakk"...basic but effective . U will think of the show of Hanoi Rocks for his vibe. About the visual, it's quiet unique ( between Mad Max & first Motley Crue....guaranteed effects).Rocky Shades is not the best singer ( so much worse) but suit to this music punky glam & very catchy ' Laaaaaw abuser".
