If i am not a big fans of Guitar hero i buy this "where the wild things are" by curiosity and also for the quality of Vai 's DVD.Not so many songs with singing ( two songs) , a new line up with also two violins, a young "tattoo man" drummer ( fan of vaï since the video of "yankee rose" )...Just one thing, the image is nice and very aesthetic. Many big plans on ¨Vaï's guitars and so many effects .Well, u'll get 3h40 of music and some bonus interviews of all menbers in english & behind the scene & and  a funny ad about Ibanez "Jemini distortion" pedal.

Menu with chapter songs and audio selection (dolby 5.1) etc...Recorded in the famous Astoria, London in 2001.For musicians: Billy Sheenan ( Mr Big), Keyboards  tony mc Alpine. Like all guitarist u have a cover of "Little wing" "fire"of Jimi H. Last song with eric Sardinas.The concert is not too boring  and even if u don't like the artist u can have a look.The bonus dvd is full of interviews : Billy sheenhan, T Nordegg, mini jam...

Music's festival in Canada with big name such as  Smashing Pumpkins, U2. This time The stone Temple Pilots gave  a concert in an open air festival with a huge audience ( but with a small stage?!?) and broadcasted by TV ( with french subtitle).

 Short TV show from RTL Plus in Dusseldorf, just for fans cause the quality vary from song to song ( due to the transfer on dvd...better to get the master) but it  will give  u an idea of this melodic hard rock " don't stop the fire". U' ll get also an   interview in english ..........to say everything is great !Funny to see the concert was sold out !

Stratovarius : Official dvd from Stratovarius. Good to see the all the videos, some are really nice. For the documents....tell u the truth....boring. Could be good for a TV document but for official stuff.

Stratovarius_live Helsinki 1999 ( Tv show) : Stratovarius in Finland in 99.Pro shot dvd. The image is too dark and the work of cameras is not excellent ( maybe it comes  from the club). The sound is better , mostly for the voice.U have road footage during songs but 'd prefer the whole concert. A concert to see.....

Old show from one of the most famous white metal band, gave the 25-03-1989 ,at the Olympic Arena, Seoul. The show is pro but the quality is low due to a bad image  even if the sound is better.The stage has nice size with yellow stripes, many spotlights and a nice drums.Many hits such as " calling on u", "lonely" or the heavy "rockin' the world", the audience looks happy "sing along song"....and their hit "honestly". The dvd has chapters.

Stryper-live in Sweden 2006 (pro shot)
Stryper-live in Sweden 2006 (pro shot) : Live in Gullbranna in July 2006.We are far from 80's and the big success of Stryper. Therefor, don't expect any big show or stuff like that ( even for the look more dark).The stage is small but the light show is clear so u can see all the band in good condition.The musicians are concentrating and don't move too much at the begining ( not easy when the stage is small) . The set list have old hits "calling on u" nice soft hard rock, "to hell with the devil" with the nice chorus, "the way" with an heavy intro or the incisive "loud n clear". Good point to the cameraman who filmed all the musicians.The dvd has a nice menu.

Here it's a good bargain ! All the videos of survivor  "the search is over","eyes of the tiger ", "burning heart" to quote the best.Really nice.The concert is good also.

Survivor-live County fair FL 2006 : Maybe one of the most rare dvd i have. A live with Robin Mc Auley. Good image but one camera which moves a lot.Be aware !
