Valentine- live at the firefest IV : Rock City, Nottingham – October 27, 2007. Official dvd from this melodic AOR band. The musicians are: Hugo (Vocals) - Adam Holland (Guitar) - Gerard Zappa (Bass ) - Craig Pullman (Keyboards) .First, the quality is here. The dvd has a menu and u can get the bonus easily: long interview before the show in english or "open skyz" concert in Mineapolis ( 1994) but filmed with just one cam ( but it's good): Candy From Strangers/ Soul Salvation/ Open Skies/ Everyday Of My Life etc....The main show is better, very pro, many cameras. The audience is happy (many fans take some pictures with mobile).The musicians cannot move too much cause the stage is small.

Van Halen -Japan' 89 : Big show (in an arena) from Van Halen. Menu to select songs. Good image and the show has a good sound too. Not perfect but very very correct for a Tv show. If u like Van Halen u can get it. The show is fill up of energy....except when Hagar take is acoustic guitar "eagles fly"....nice solo of Eddie with many effects.;.U have also the great cover "really got me now" to conclude the show.

Van Halen -live at US festival 83 : Full show from Van Halen. The dvd has a menu and chapters. The sound is correct and the image is good if u have not a big screen.The stage is huge and colorful.If u see this concert u will understand the 80's.....

Van Halen- live from Australian 1998 : Not easy to see a live of van Halen with Gary Cherone ( singer of Extreme). So thanks Room 101 entertainement for this edition 08. This dvd has no menu but u have choice to select audio. The image is correct and the sound good.The set is short : one hour but it's a good bargain; Of course, i prefer gary in Extreme than in Van Halen, but if u are curious, have a look 'cause the result is convincing.

Van Halen-it\'s show time 2004 : i find this one in Japan. U have a good product. A menu where u can play the concert or track by track to see 130 mn of Van Halen. Recorded in 2004 in New jersey. The singer is Sammy Hagar and the first song is "u really got me". Eddy is excited, full of energy. Micheal has is bass in jack's daniel shape.Mr hagar has black sunglasses ( why???).....They look old now, really.....but they still rock. U are not boring in watching the concert.The sound is so so. They make effort with cameras which move a lot but it's hard to appreciate completly this show.

Van Halen-live in Florida 1995 : One more dvd from Van Halen , so famous in USA than in Europe...Samy Hagar sings well( even if the sound his too low) and Eddie is in good health (funny he reminds me G. Michael).This dvd has a menu to select songs ( most of them !!!) and the show is a multi cameras one.....the image is good not excellent, track list nice "it's love" or "can't stop lovin' u" (this song is very good) or old one like "Panama" (like the sound).....In short, nice surprise.

Van Halen-live without a net : Awesome dvd from Van Halen with 90 mn of energy ( exists in VHS already since 1986). That's a huge US show in New haven Coliseum, sammy Hagar is a great frontman. He jumps everytime. In short, a dvd to have for evrything u except from a show.U have a cover of Led Zepplin at the end "Rock'n'roll'.No bonus? maybe they do this dvd quickly....next time!

Velevet Revolver - live rockpalast 2008 : Recorded in Germany Palladium, Cologne, Germany ,March 29, 2008. If u're looking for a show of the velvet's, that show is for u. That's a really good Tv show from WDR. Very good sound and excellent image. The dvd has a menu with a big track list, some songs from Guns area are there " it's so easy", "patience" ( also in acoustic)....If u're looking for the rock n roll attitude, watch this.............

Velevet Revolver- live in NY 2004 : NY show from Velvet Revolver, known as the successor of Guns'n' roses for many people. It's true when u listen to them in live, u can feel it, this feeling, this rock n roll attitude.The dvd has no menu. The image is very grained but the show is good. Don't worry, not a big production (amateur filmmaker) but just a good value. U have songs from Guns'area "it's so easy", "used to love her"....The only camera is not boring ( even if its always the middle of stage that was filmed).The quality of the sound is here. Not noisy at all.
